Online Sessions

Initial Meeting

Initial consultations are a “must” for all new clients as this is when we get to know each other and decide a way forward to reach your health goals. You can book one on its own and if you decide to go with a package later, the cost of the initial session will be deducted from the total.

  • Establish Goals – We’ll discuss your goals and why these are important to you.
  • Measure Progress – We’ll decide on a relevant way to measure your progress.
  • Start Where You’re At – We’ll have a look at your food diary together, go over your current lifestyle and your relationship with food and define your challenges.
  • Design a Plan – We can then build a plan that fits your unique body, lifestyle and personality that will be sustainable in the long run.
  • Bring it all Together – During our sessions, you’ll learn about why certain changes in your food are good for you and your success.

Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up consultations are available once you’ve had your initial session. These appointments are all about keeping on track and committing to transforming a new routine into life-long habits.

  • Review Progress – We’ll review how things are going and check in on your progress.
  • Tweak Your Programme – We’ll talk about what’s working well and tackle any challenges you’re facing, helping you find practical solutions.
  • Clarify Focus – We’ll add new focus points and revisit any that need more attention.
  • Tackle Challenges – I will share some strategies for enabling successful habit change.

Individual Appointments

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) – $145
Follow-up Meeting (30 minutes) – $75
Accountability Meeting (15 minutes) – $45

Kick Start 6 Week Package, includes 1 hour initial consult and 3 follow-up meetings – $350
Three-month Transformation, includes one-hour initial consult and 8 follow-up meetings – $700
